Archie’s Angels Rabbit Rescue- Bunnies For Adoption!

This weekend, I got to spend the afternoon at “Archie’s Angels Rabbit Rescue” (find them on Facebook!) and it was honestly such an emotional rollercoaster!  Many of these bunnies for adoption come from different hops of life.  Some of their stories were heartbreaking, and some were heart-warming.  If you’re looking to bring a new furry animal into your home to love for the entirety of it’s life, this is a great place to look.

I’ve grown up as a huge rabbit lover and adopted my first and only rabbit 20 years ago.  When I first adopted my bunny, I had no idea it would live as long as it did.  These little guys are not the same as owning a hamster or a gerbil.  They can live an incredible 16 years under the right amount of care and love!  They are incredibly intelligent (more so than they’re typically given credit for), and they really have to be the right match to your personality!  Some are extremely high energy, yet others are docile and just love to snuggle on your lap!

Archie’s Angels has upwards of 35 bunnies ready to be adopted.  They try to make sure each rabbit is spayed and neutered, and on top of that, they go out of their way to try to litter train bunnies while in their care to get them ready for a comfortable re-homing experience.  They help new fur parents adjust to the lifestyle of owning a bunny and all of the steps required as well.
